Incorporated in 1993, Zen Technologies Limited designs, develops and manufactures state-of-the-art combat training solutions for the training of defence and security forces worldwide. Zen Technologies is headquartered in Hyderabad, India with offices in India and USA. Zen Technologies produces over 40 different Live Fire, Live Instrumented, Virtual and Constructive training systems to support individual and collective training capabilities. With over 1,000 training systems shipped around the world, Zen Technologies is a proven leader in building training systems for developing and measuring Combat Readiness.Zen Technologies is built on strong R&D capabilities and has filed or received over 90 patents. Zen Technologies Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 27001:2005 (ISMS) and is a CMMI Level 5 registered and certified company.

Zen Technologies is publicly listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock exchange. Zen Technologies is HQ in Hyderabad, India with a dedicated R&D and dedicated production facility. Zen Technologies also has a business development office in Washington D.C., USA.

Ashok Atluri, a PG Diploma holder in Applied Computer Science, is instrumental in designing the simulators on the Windows-Intel platforms to ensure the products are simple to use and meet industry standards. He received the "Small Scale Entrepreneur of the Year" award from Hyderabad Management Association in 1998.

M. Ravi Kumar has 20 plus years of experience in the software industry. He worked in Bureau of Data Processing Services (BDPS) (1979-85), Nova Computers Private Limited (1986-90) and as Director at the Institute of Engineers. He is a technocrat and an expert in Systems Programming and Robotics. He is actively involved in the design and development of the present range of simulators for the company in his role as Head, R&D Division. He is the person behind the successful development of Zen SATS® SL and currently administers the development of Zen AWeSim® and Zen TacSim®.
