The Command and Control Station schedules, monitors and collates shooting fitness of the trainees in the unit. It records the scores achieved in each and the data is collated automatically in real-time for the senior leadership to know the standard of Shooting fitness of the unit at any time.
The analytics capability of the CCS displays the level of achievement vis-a-vis goals and predictive performance as well.
The Command and Control Station or CCS is a hub center that enables data exchange and integration of Zen training solutions and Live Fire ranges into one common training ‘center’. Thus a variety of training systems, which may have been procured over a period of time can operate as a holistic training environment. The Planning and Scheduling feature of the CCS helps plan and schedule training, monitor the conduct and progressively collate performance and compare it with the planned or desired progress. The data recording and analysis at CCS give a clear picture to the leadership duly highlighting the achievement of standards, shortcomings and possible avenues for remedial action. In case the AWeSim and CTSR are integrated with the CCS it would collate shooting fitness of the trainees in the unit. TacSim and variety of smart training systems (If they are DIS compliant) could also be connected, and in such case, the CCS could give a ‘Score’ of the tactical prowess, physical fitness, shooting standards and operational readiness score. It would collate the scores achieved and the performance data automatically for the senior leadership to plan and undertake training initiatives as necessary. The analytics capability of the CCS displays the level of achievement vis-a-vis goals and predictive performance as well.
