However, achieving the required level of training faces several challenges; like manpower, time, cost, realism, training infrastructure etc.<\/p><p>2.Realistic training requires a realistic \u2018enemy\u2019 that is fully enabled and stands a fair chance of \u2018winning\u2019 every contest. However, traditional training is constrained and the <strong>enemy is represented notionally<\/strong> by \u2018Umpires\u2019, by few troops, few pyrotechnics and possibly rattlers (which too have almost vanished).\u00a0 There is a stark lack of a capable opponent who fights out every contest.\u00a0 This absence of \u2018enemy\u2019 places a severe handicap for realistic combat training, resulting in <strong>\u2018Blue always the winner\u2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 These <strong>measures of depicting enemy are very inadequate<\/strong> and are akin to a boxer training only with on punching bag and never with an opponent.
