With a reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that the Company will publish the audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the end of the said financial year and hence the unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 will not be published and the same are not submitted to the Stock Exchange.
